NOTE: The fee paid of any course paid by student is non-refundable in any case. No discussions in this regard will be entertained by the company. The fees paid for live classes is non-adjustable and non transferable in any case. Also, all fees paid for live classes will lapse if the candidate takes a gap of more than 11 months without any prior information. There is no lifetime contract signed. If you dont plan and attend the sessions timely, the fee will lapse after 11 months. In the past many a times, it has been found that the candidate goes on to indefinite leave periods and then returning back after 1 year or more even to resume back the sessions. This is totally not acceptable. The 1 year time frame is given considering to provide fleixbility to learner but that doesn't mean that you exploit this flexibility and stretch your course to impractical durations just in name of committed flexibility by us. We are there to support every candidate, but you have to understand the fact that we too have limited time slots of one to one sessions. If the candidate goes on irregular leaves and doesn't complete the sessions on time, then later it becomes utmost difficult to accommodate back because of tight schedules. If you take continuous long gaps because of any reason then the fee will lapse. No discussions in this regard will be entertained by the company after span of 1 years.
